KFC has just announced the launch of its Sweet Tokyo Hot & Crispy chicken, hitting menus nationwide from today. For the first time ever, the fast-food giant is giving its legendary Hot & Crispy boneless chicken a Tokyo-inspired makeover.
So, what can you expect? Each piece of chicken is coated in a sticky-sweet teriyaki glaze and finished with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds. KFC describes it as a “mouthwatering fusion of textures and tastes – crispy yet saucy, sweet yet savoury.”
To celebrate the launch, KFC is rolling out a world-first vending machine at a secret location on 18 October, dishing out free Sweet Tokyo Hot & Crispy chicken to lucky fans.
