Get this: “LEGO” is searched on eBay.com.au once every single minute!
Aussies are constantly hunting for rare sets and those elusive minifigures to complete their collections.
Here’s what we searched for most in 2025:
- LEGO Stranger Things – up 99%
- LEGO Stranger Things: The Upside Down (75810) – up 630%
- LEGO DC Minifigures – up 217%
- LEGO F1 – up 183%
- LEGO Marvel Set – up 118%
- LEGO Retired Sets – up 269%
Some sets are selling for serious cash. A LEGO Star Wars Cloud City set recently went for a massive $7,684.78, while the classic Black Seas Barracuda fetched $2,569.58.
So, what’s driving the hype?
According to eBay’s State of Collectables 2025 Report, 85% of us are chasing that childhood nostalgia. Whether it’s a brand-new release or a hard-to-find retired gem, eBay is where the LEGO action is happening!
