With over thousands of McDonald’s across the world, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from in more than 100 countries.
One traveller has visited ‘at least 40’ different McDonald’s worldwide and has shared her take on some of them.
From Japan to New Caledonia and to France, Kelly Marshall is passionate about testing the popular fast food venue abroad. Kelly rated the McDonald’s she enjoyed in Lautoka, Fiji an impressive nine out of 10.
She praised the ‘best nuggets and fries I’ve had in time’ and gushed over the size of the McFlurry.
Tokyo in Japan was another high scorer with a perfect 10 out of 10.
The McDonald’s connoisseur admitted she ‘honestly cannot fault’ the meal and described the chicken nuggets as ‘phenomenal’. Meanwhile, Marne-la-Vallee in France only scored a disappointing three out of 10 from Kelly. Though she liked the potato wedges, she went on, ‘they gave me a filet–fish instead of a hamburger, no straws for diet coke, very expensive’.
Another low scorer was the McDonald’s in Noumea, New Caledonia.
Melbourne proved to be average and received six out of 10 from Kelly.
