A popular condiment is flying off supermarket shelves after it was temporarily discontinued.
Aldi’s Colway Spicy Barbeque Sauce is selling out at multiple locations across the country, following a five-month absence.
“It’s back (I hope),” one fan posted on the ‘Aldi Australia’ Reddit thread.
“Found these at Aldi the other day, sorry but I couldn’t buy just one,” the Aldi shopper explained.
In the photo were four bottles of Colway Spicy Barbeque Sauce. At $1.85 for a 500ml bottle they are also an incredible bargain buy.
“I initially grabbed one and my wife was, ‘Really? It’s not been available for ages.’ My voice of reason,” they added.
One Redditor pointed out: “Bro bought 2 litres of bbq sauce.”
The message from Aussie shoppers is clear. If you see it in the store, grab it fast. This much-loved sauce might disappear again in no time.
