A woman ‘married’ to a rag doll with whom she shares three toy ‘children’ has said the family’s life is ‘complicated’.
Meirivone Rocha Moraes, 37, from Brazil, has previously hit the headlines for revealing details of her relationship with Marcelo, a life-sized rag doll, and their rag doll kids, including one-year-old Marcelinho, and two ‘newborn’ twin daughters, Marcela and Emilia.
But having a full household is proving a challenge for the mother-of-three, who explains that they share parental duties. Marcelo has found the price of having a bigger family quite stressful.
She said: ‘The expenses are increasing and he has to pay for the food, clothes, rent, water, electricity, medications.
The couple’s relationship has seen many twists and turns over the last two years, from cheating rumours to kidnappings.
Last year, the couple hosted a gender reveal in their home, surrounded by 40 family members and friends. Meirivone added: ‘The party was good. There was chicken, pasta, salad and cake.
